draft — pending legal review

terms.

this page is a pre-launch draft of the terms of service. the substance reflects the product as designed; the wording will be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.

what NAS is

NAS is a decision tool for recurring subscriptions. we help you decide which subs to keep, watch, or drop — and we guide you to each provider's own cancellation page. we do not cancel on your behalf.

the three ways

  • the manual. free, capped at 5 subscriptions tracked, no time limit. you type your subs; nothing connects to your bank.
  • the one-time way. one-time charge (229 kr in denmark; other markets at launch). we read your bank data once via our AISP partner, surface your subscriptions, sort them with you, and disconnect.
  • the subscription. 49 kr/month with a 6-month minimum binding. standing bank link via our AISP partner. auto-renewal is off by default — at the end of every 6-month cycle we ask whether you want to continue.

we do not cancel for you

NAS never accesses your provider accounts and never cancels subscriptions on your behalf. we surface what to cancel, tell you where to click, and warn you about retention traps — you always tap the final cancel button yourself.

if you discover, after using NAS, that a subscription you intended to cancel is still active, the responsibility for that cancellation step lies with you. our role is to surface and guide; the final action is always yours.

your data

how we handle your personal data is described in the privacy notice. in short: we hold as little as possible, keep it in the EU, never sell it, and delete it on request or when you stop using NAS.

cancelling the subscription

the subscription has a 6-month minimum binding. after the binding period the subscription does not auto-renew unless you switch auto-renewal on deliberately. you can cancel at any time inside or outside the binding; the binding affects refundability, not your right to cancel.

refunds

consumer-protection refund rights under EU and danish law apply. specific terms (including the 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable) will be detailed once the legal entity and jurisdiction are committed.

limitation of liability

NAS is a decision tool. we don't guarantee that the audit report identifies every subscription you have, that every provider's cancellation page works on the day you visit it, or that a provider won't change their retention tactics after we documented them. you remain responsible for the cancellation step and for confirming, with each provider directly, that cancellation has taken effect.

governing law

<governing law and venue to be committed at launch>. nothing in these terms removes consumer rights you have under mandatory EU or member-state law.

last updated: pre-launch draft. final terms will land before public launch.
